Thanks to the life force within people, improvement is observed on eating disorders, addictions, arthritis, chronic fatigue, stress, insomnia, difficult pregnancy, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, learning difficulties and chronic disabilities as well as transitional periods like career changes, moving home, break-ups/divorce, bereavement or simply stuck, uninspired or lacking energy and purpose.

Metamorphic Technique finds its origin in Reflexology and was developed by Robert St John in the 60's. As every cell holds memories of our experiences from our time in the womb to present day; those emotions, thoughts or beliefs can create debilitating patterns in which we can become stuck and therefore unable to progress to our full potential. The sessions lasts an hour during which the practitioner applies a light and gently touch on the spinal reflex points on the feet, hands and head. As practitioners, we remain a detached catalyst allowing the "time structure" to be loosened up, a free flow of energy and the manifestation of the client's unique life force. Physical, emotional and mental blocks are removed, prenatal patterns are shifted, full potential is reached following each individual's pace.

I was born in the heart of the Pyrenees, a natural border between France and Spain. This magnificent surrounding kept me very much in tune with nature and grounded despite the nomadic life of my military father. Then the just "as eclectic" world of fashion and Haute-Couture, incessant travelling and competing brought me in contact with various self-development techniques affording a more balanced and centred life. Years of acting and modelling between Paris, London, LA, Tokyo, Milan, Amsterdam and New York fine-tuned my understanding and reading of human behaviour.
This very rich and diverse spectrum of life has led me naturally to the world of Metamorphic Techniqu, I've been using since 2006. I then became a Metamorphic Technique practitioner in 2007, trained in London with Metamorphic Technique teacher Dominique Meerof and later set up "the metamorphiway.com", which brings by versalility, life experiences and grounding to the perfect realisation.
Now a certified Metamorphic Teacher and receiving ongoing teacher training with Gaston St. Pierre, founder of the Metamorphic Association, I offer courses in which you can learn about the technique but also the fascinating world of Metamorphic.
