I offer help with life issues such as : depression, stress, addictions, eating disorders, bereavement, relationships, sexual issues, life transitions,, self and spiritual development.

I trained in this field |
I was a teacher for many years at home and abroad, and have always had an interest in helping people to express themselves and find fulfilment and purpose in their lives. My own life transitions brought me to a point where I could study to be a psychospiritual psychotherapist. In time this led to further studies and practice as an energy worker.

I maintain a meditation practice and continue to pursue my work in these areas. Ihave completed training to become a teacher of Awakening the Light Body, which is a path of opening up the energy fields surrounding the physical body, in order to bring about deep changes on all levels.
