Judy's approach is gentle and supportive: to help you assess your needs and devise a way to improve your health and wellbeing. Judy is a lecturer at Barnet College and a consultant for the Fertility Support Company.
You do not need to have any experience of yoga to benefit from therapeutic yoga.
At the first session, we go through a general history and discuss your needs holistically.
From time to time Judy offers yoga holidays, retreats and breathing and medication courses.
You may want to set up a small yoga class with your family or friends - please discuss with Judy.
