Offering help with

AT lessons generally lead to improved physical co-ordination, balance and poise, which in turn improve one’s self-confidence and well-being. Specifically it can help with chronic aches – e.g. headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain, joint stiffness – and with postural and stress-related problems.

Why I trained in this field

When I was managing a very busy theatre company I suffered from stress-related ailments such as IBS and back-ache. Having Alexander lessons gave me back my health and confidence.

About me

The AT is a great help with the ups and downs of daily life – marriage, motherhood, cooking, gardening, washing-up, dog-walking etc!
