me and why I trained in this field |
At
the age of 24 I started a life-long journey of experientially studying
how our minds & emotions affect our bodies & vice-versa.
I am passionate about finding ways for us all to live healthy, happy,
creative lives.
I have studied & practised many healing modalities, trained
as a Psychotherapist & have been meditating since 1989.
More recently I now study & practice 5 Rhythms Dance & Shamanism.
